LaserScript stands by its remanufactured cartridges fully and will credit customers for any unused portion of a toner cartridge which the customer has found to be defective. So if a new or a remanufactured toner cartridge starts to malfunction please don't continue to use it. Replace it with one off your shelf and give us a call.

Toner cartridges remanufactured by LaserScript go through rigorous testing before and after remanufacturing. We are continually revising our processes and keeping up with industry advances to offer our customers the best remanufactured cartridges available.

When our customers experience a problem with one of our cartridges, we ask that they simply save a copy of the defect and give us a call so we can replace the defective unit and properly credit their account. The credit issued is determined by the weight in grams of the toner cartridge and is calculated by comparing the defective cartridge weight to the full and empty weights. The cartridge should be removed immediately by the customer so that he/she does not pay for toner used in printing smudging or messy pages. The sample of the defect is very helpful in determining what the problem is and will help in our efforts for continual quality improvement.

LaserScript cannot be held responsible for the customers down time due to the development of a defect in a remanufactured cartridge. Problems can occur in many parts of the toner cartridge and at any time, and we therefore recommend that our customers always have backup cartridges when they are using remanufactured or new cartridges.
